Steps:
1. Obtain Vanguard Breeches of Aiming from the Vanguard dungeon.
2. Right Click > Dye, then in the Dye Window try on any dye on the second channel.
3. Either I'm blind as a bat or there's really no Dye Channel appearing.


The Pants in Question:

I noticed the same thing with these pants as well as the shared model Vanguard Breeches of Striking.

Interestingly, the Vanguard Breeches of Scouting seem to be working fine - the 1st image here is the default colours for the Scouting, and the 2nd image is setting the 2nd dye channel to Cherry Pink.
