Game fails to launch

Hey, in preparation for my vacation I installed FF14 (Steam) for my notebook. The issue is that right after I clicked on play in the launcher, small black screen pops up and after few secs the game just turns off. No errors, nothing. I have this issue only on my notebook, on my main pc everything works fine.

I tried my best the entire day looking for fixes and trying them. Restarting notebook, redowloading the game, checked for corrupted files, deleting specific files, running steam as an administrator, turning off steam right after login, etc. Nothing worked so far.

Right now i will try to run the game itself as an administrator or turning off the directx, but because im not that much of a PC guy, it might take longer then expected. Im kinda worried even after all this its still wont work so Im gonna be grateful if someone who has an idea whats the problem about helps me with this.

Also yeah im dumb cuz right after posting it I found out that you cant turn off directx without turning on the game so yeah that option is out of the window.

What makes me worried tho is that I checked the forums for a little bit and noticed that the same thing happened to other people too right after Dawntrail which duh makes sense but sadly that would mean that a permanent fix wont come anytime soon.

What Platform are you using? (Steam/Windows/Mac)
At what point does the issue occur?
How often does the issue occur?

Could you provide the exact error message received?
Are you running any additional programs alongside Final Fantasy XIV?
When the crash happens, is the PC over heating at all?
Were any update or changes made to the PC around the time of the crash?
Does this issue occur if the game is run in full screen mode? Does it happen in borderless or windowed mode?

All steps taken to resolve the issue:

Could you provide a system report? Simply go to the 'Config' option on the Final Fantasy XIV launcher and to the right of 'System Information' click on 'Display.
