Faction Leve [Intel Outside] monsters bugging out

    ISP:Cox
    Type of Internet Connection:
    Internet Connection Speed: 24MB/s
    Date & Time:27 July, 3:05pm GMT
    Frequency:Constant
    Character Name: Aika Niceboat
    Race: Dunesfolk
    World: Sargantas
    Class/Level: 50 Warrior
Area and Coordinates: Intel Outside leve location.
    Party or Solo: Solo
    NPC Name: n/a
Monster Name: lv70+ Clippers, lv74+ Wandering Souls
    In-Game Time:
    Steps:
    1. Random player pulls aggro on mob, kites to edge of it's territory.
    2. Another player comes along, attempts to properly sneak by, by walking.
    3. Monster aggros regardless
    4. Player is one shot.

Wasted a good 8 leves on retries trying to do this. Between players MPKing with the stupid ghosts, and now actively exploiting this bug to kill other players, this level is getting to be nearly impossible to finish.

I would note that once the monster kills a player, it seems to reset. It doesn't seem to matter if it was the same player, or a different one entirely. At peak hours, this level is nearly impossible to do without being a PLD or bringing several party members to die and reset the monster for you.
