Dragoon Receives Fending Gear For Completion of Level 95 Dungeon

Description: While leveling my Dragoon with dungeons I received the Skydeep Ring of Fending on my first run, the Skydeep Necklace of Fending on my second run, and now the Skydeep Bracelets of Fending, all upon completion of the dungeon.
I completed a fourth run of the dungeon after posting this and received the Skydeep Armguards of Maiming so I believe it is an issue exclusive to accessories.
After running the dungeon with Reaper, I received the Skydeep Earring of Fending, so it's an issue with both Maiming classes.
It may be of note that I already have the full set of Slaying accessories from this dungeon.
EDIT: Just deleted the Slaying earring, ran the dungeon again, and received more Fending accessories, so a full set of Slaying is unrelated to the issue.
A final run of the dungeon confirmed that you will not receive Slaying accessories even with a full set of Fending accessories.
