"Agoge Vest" item has low quality shoulder guard textures

The Warrior artifact armour has, generally, high quality textures. However the shoulder guard has very low quality textures. It's severely low quality, with jagged edges and broken shine.

I'd like to expand on this report to say it applies to a rather large amount of gear. I've noticed similarly low resolution texture issues showing up in many pieces of gear I've worn.

The most egregious I think are many of the lvl 99/100 gearsets, including the Agoge vest, as well as the DRK "Fallen's Cuirass", and the RDM "Roseblood Coat."

The problem appears to be only present in the coloring data layered on top of the normal lighting texture maps. You can clearly see in the WAR top that the lighting and shadow contours of the shoulderplate are crisp and high detail. The color data applied is of a starkly lower resolution, making the textures appear to be of much lower quality than they should.

This is very distinctly visible in the details on the hips of the RDM coat, which while illuminated in /gpose with the "wet" option active, you can clearly see every lighting contour defined by the normal map layer, while the level of detail applied to the color data is incredibly sub-par and low-resolution by comparison.
