    DX11 Crash

OK - have looked for several days for a fix to the DX11 errors/crashes.
1: took a blank newly formatted drive
2: loaded Win 10 and upgraded all of the updates
3: set the mb to factory default and disabled or changed all clocking issues
4: task master all startups are disabled
    5: loaded FFXIV
6: set video to factory default and removed all the overclocking
tried (all drivers are verified as the latest)
a: Intel graphics with new drivers
b: NVIDIA GTX1060 with new drivers
c: NVIDIA GTX3070Ti with new drivers and overclocking removed
d: two motherboards one ASUS and one MSI
    DX9 is listed as current
DX11 errors and crashes still happen upon login or within 5 min after
I have spent 4 days trying various "fixes"

    Asus ROG Strict 690
    Inter 12700 CPU
    32 Gig memory
    Samsung 980 Pro SD
    Video as shown above

    Other than loading Win 11?

Did my first program on punch cards in '66 and have built computers and networks since then and have been programming professionally in over 23 lingues. And MMOs since mid '90s (mostly Korean games)

I have run out of patience so this is good bye until this is fixed.
