help people are ignoring my stores items

So basically my fish and food aren't selling anymore and I'm willing to see what others are selling and at what prices from level 75-95. Risotto and Blood Cloud are like my top sales though.

Look at the leves around those levels to create a comparison at the marketplace so what you're gathering and crafting is worth your time.

As Gunz says, your best bet would be to pull up a list of what items are required for the turn-ins of leves in the range you describe

That way, when people want to power level their crafters, they will spend gil to buy those items for the turn in

If you sell, say, an item with 0 demand (outside of roleplay or GC turn-ins that are random/inconsistent) then you will have trouble finding a market need for those

Another item that is easy to target is the items required for collectables, such as garlean cheese right now, or the various level 91-98 materials that were added (Dawntrail leather is going for 2k a piece raw and 10k if you put 4 pieces together to refine it)

Finally but still worth mentioning, some materials from endwalker still sell for pretty good money, namely Annite and Ambrosial water
