It also doesn't help that forum block list is as helpful as in-game's in quality. All it take is one person to reply to their post, then their supposedly unseen takes are laid bare before you lol.

Furthermore, supposedly in an ideal situation, everybody just congeal into that one page with 1000+ pages... need me to remind people that they too had a history of 'crapping' that thread with their performative care routine such as "Y'all still going on about this? ; Dev don't care lol stop necro'ing" (paraphrased)-replies. Round and roouuunnnd we goo lmao.

Also btw, asking people to convince you (general you, not specifically to you Aidorouge) in a forum of all place is a peak comedy. This is where people gather round to make their points & view upfront. People know your stance(s) already, there's only a very slim chance to convince a poster the otherwise. These posts of ForsakenRoe are meant for the dev and future readers - they are the main audience, to get them to agree and chime in; or disagree and present an idea of oppositions. There's no point in wasting time solely to convince a single individual in such space.

I personally don't block people like those because I find their circular logic and obvious hypocrisy to be fascinating to watch. I constantly wonder how long it'll take for them to realise how much of an embarrassment they're being in public.

Surely the biggest source of 'Endless circular discussions' is the argument about whether this thread constitiutes 'crapping up the forums' or not?

At this rate, your 'number of posts in this thread, relative to total post count on your account' will mirror the ratio of 'number of Broil casts in a given Savage fight, relative to the total casts of all abilities by the SCH (within the duration of the fight)'

That seems pretty endless and circular to me, but hey, I'm just trying to offer new perspectives on the role, because the issue that I see it having at the moment is exactly that: the gameplay is also 'endless and circular'. I endlessly watch the circular pie diagram thingy showing my GCD roll on my Dosis, or my Broil, as I press them again and again for a whole 10min fight.


To prevent this post from being considered more of the 'endless and circular', an idea I had at the store, for giving WHM a bit of low level AOE:

Trait (level 18-22ish), 'Flash Floods'
'When you deal damage to a target with Water (or its upgraded versions), if the target suffers from Aero's DOT (or its upgraded versions), then Water deals damage to all nearby allies with a potency of X (tune as appropriate).'

Not really much thought went into it beyond 'what if the whirling winds (represented by the Aero DOT) flung the Water droplets at really high speeds, and that made it hit things that aren't the main target as... splash damage? (ha)'

Honestly at some point you all must just accept that there is no point arguing with klu, they are a brick wall that exists solely to crap up healer threads (specifically strike related threads it seems) by derailing them with whining... all the while ignoring every other duplicate thread ever made because they seem to just hate healers trying to discuss the role. I at least blocked them forever ago and have no interest in their posts.

But onto something worth while....

This is actually a fun idea, anything that brings back water to WHM is gold in my book, also must say a lot of your ideas for healers resonate with me whenever I see you post them. Because the one thing that would help the role a lot is more and varied DPS rotations to make the jobs feel distinguished from one another as well as more fun in solo content like MSQ duties but also in healing downtime, I also also will voice my appreciation on you taking time to try and make these ideas not overburden lower skill/newer healers as well.
