One time item recovery feedback

Alot of players including myself have been playing the game since ARR which is a lifetime ago for many of us. I suggest that the one time item recovery such as accidently discarding somthing or purchasing the wrong thing using Tomes which have lockout periods should be reset for accounts every few years or after so many months of subscription.

I think people really just need to learn to pay attention to what youre buying or dropping. Ive been playing since 1.0, and Ive never had that problem. If it's something that can be earned ingame for a couple more hours or next reset, there's your lesson learned. Pay attention.
