have you heard of fashion report? there's no gambling involve in anyway shape or form you know?

Casino comments aside, they're MGP prizes because those items were previously designed as Fashion Accessories, and so were simply the first/easiest to move over to the new Face Wear system. Alternate sources/options will become available as they get around to converting or adding more.

You're forgetting about the Classic Spectacles facewear, you can buy them for about 7 million gil on Faerie and the price seems to be around 6-7 mil on other servers, though the price has initially gone down since I bought my pair.
The full name is "The Faces We Wear - Classic Spectacles"
No gambling involved, just pay some gil
Edit: Seems there's a few other items you can buy too, rose-colored spectacles, simple spectacles, and a monocle, those are much cheaper too
Some Gold Saucer events are entirely skill-based, no gambling involved. If you dislike gambling you can always stick to those.
Those games that could be defined as gambling end up gaining you MPG, no matter how (un)lucky you are.
There is also the fashion report.
And the Gold Saucer challenge log.
You may want to give Gold Saucer an honest try before writing it off as something that it's not ^_^.
