I went to that website, looked at it, and then closed out 2mins later. I just never really understood the point of it in my short time there.
99.99% chance probably a Titanman alt
They've made an mmo that got someone like me, who hates people generally, to play for thousands of hours. That's quite an accomplishment. I love FFXIV and hope it continues. Sure they don't always hit a home run, but I keep coming back due to the world, the gameplay, the characters, etc.
it's Final Fantasy![]()
Don’t bother with appreciation title. You should use “Hate” and “Negative” as part of your title, as those are the one that gets 100k views. Regardless of the truth, negative comments seem to thrive more in this forum. Being negative is trending.

My credit card payments are my gratitude. If they want to continue receiving them, well, some constructive feedback never hurts.
Throwing in a positive, I really liked Sphene's aesthetics and voice actress. My favorite new character this expansion.
I love the updated graphics. A thumbs-up from me.
Love Glare 4 and Medica 3. Also love Oracle and hate now being synced down and not being able to press it.
Love the WHM Artifact armor that looks like a male could wear it this time. Sorry princess/tablecloth Theophany set.
Adore Pictomancer so far. I thought it looked absurd and out of place, but now that I've played it I love it. A nice break from SMN which I grew bored of.

I am happy with job changes this expansion on the whole, certainly improves to be made such as fixing the borked mnk rotation but I do like the rework and new animations for it a lot! BLM also needing some love given the caster hatred the mechanics seem to have but I still love the job. I am really enjoying the newest AST card iteration and hope in future we get some royal road esque effects and time dilation mechanics. Picto and viper are great additions also, love them!
The graphics update is a major win but it has many bugs to deal with. The double dye system also is great but some pieces of clothing second dye channel leaves me with a big question mark.
I love female hrothgar but their rigging issues also need dealt with as a minimum. Along with new hair, unlocking face locked hair etc.
The story from a very high view is alright but the english localisation leaves a lot to be desired along with the voice acting. I think I will play the rest of the expansion in japanese as if Wuk Lamat continues to be omnipresent I frankly am not enjoying her voice over, the VA can't seem to yell and emote very well. Overall I did enjoy the slow pace and getting to know the various peoples in Tural, some really didn't get the time to breathe such as the X'braal though. The second half had me wondering why we as characters and the scions were not pondering more the actions we were taking in the last zone. If you don't scrutinise the story much it's enjoyable enough but honestly the writing quality AND voice over was poor in comparison to older expacs.
The encounter design feels a lot more fresh than Endwalker and Shb thus far, I look forward to the raids a lot. I am loving the fights on every job, even though BLM is suffering a bit atm.
The zones also feel great to exist in, really loved wandering them slowly during the MSQ. Many zones both in the world and dungeons I look forward to gposing in. Running around getting aether currents was enjoyable and I've even been working on clearing all the side quests in each zone alongside maxing fate levels.
There is plenty to enjoy in Dawntrail, there is also a lot they could have done better! And for many the story has sadly been very lukewarm for a variety of reasons.

The new Viper job is fun and cool to play, particularly the Awakened phase with the blue shounen battle aura and the rapid dashes.
The new samurai job outfit looks good. I usually prefer to mix and match piece to create my own custom transmog, but here I am pretty satisfied just using the 100 set + 70 hat.
I enjoyed Tural, namely the new city and the first two zones, and the third zone kinda. I liked the Pelupelu, Moblins, and Mamooja.
I appreciate that the dungeon bosses were a little more difficult than last.
Story held my interest up through the Mamooja village/level 94.
I liked Gulool Ja Ja, Koana, Bakool Ja Ja as a villain, Zoraal Ja in the first half, and Wuk Evu. Sphene was pretty and sounded nice.
Valigarmanda and the snake Vidraal world boss had cool designs. Final boss design was decent.
The lightning world as a concept is a little imaginative but I didn't find what we got to be very visually captivating. Solution Nine looks good though I'm not sure that's ehat I want out of a final Fantasy title.
The Tuliyollal day and night theme and the Solution nine were very good. First time I did all 400 FATEs across the 6 expansion zones to buy the music rolls. The town themes, dungeon mid boss, and final dungeon theme were also okay.
My character looks exactly the same as before the graphics update so I'd say that I am satisfied (as opposed to other people saying they wish they could revert to how they looked before). I like the new grass.

My opinions have been...tempered...by others' opinions (I think just MSQ stuff though). That being said, I liked what they did to get (one of?) the moral of the story across - we must turn off a whole zone to stop an AI who is trying to go haywire in a bid to consume all life (in every reflection? More?) to preserve the memories of her fellow countrymen and that two characters are coming to terms of either parting ways with a loved one or just discovering loved ones only to part with them so quickly.
It's interesting to see that some people just can't handle letting go of a pretty zone becoming "untextured" and depressing where it was once so colourful and "alive". So much so they found a way to restore the vibrancy via New Game Plus.
I get that there's the sentiment that this was just gonna be a holiday for our characters but then became us taking a step back and letting another character have the limelight. Perhaps expectations were subverted and the story became "this character is everywhere" but it makes sense in a way - they're trying to become the leader of the region and they desire to lead it in a positive manner. The Rites that Gulool Ja Ja sets us to complete necessitates them to adventure, something our character lives for. We learn that they're effectively a "city kid" so it makes sense we're asked to support them.
I'm looking forward to how the story progresses from here. The Azem Grail (you know, that relic Sphene was trying to use to merge reflections) has a lot of implications and I have a feeling it pretty much opens up all of the intact reflections (again, more?) for adventure...once Y'shtola and friends make a breakthrough with it, at least.

- Beware of those who discuss current content with a non-combat or non-max level main class on display.
I'll praise them when they do something worth praising, not for whatever this abomination was
I do enjoyed every bit of DT and many changes in the game, everything that has no wuk in it anyway.
