Data Center Luz Rejects My Connection

Hello, I was online today and around 9pm and I had to go to the bathroom for a moment when I came back I was surprised that I was on the title screen. Then I tried to go back in but I saw that it took too long and I went to dinner and canceled even though I saw that my character did not come out.
Now I'm finally trying to enter and I see that I can't enter the game and as if I couldn't connect with the light data center, my character is in zodiark.

This appears on the screen before I pull myself to windows:

I don't understand what's going on. Can someone tell me what's going on?

Hello I finally tried to log in to another data center, after watching the introduction video, I switched to the other data center and I was able to enter the game.
Since I didn't know if it could be solved I put the message
