Discontinued Content - NEED more answers

1) will primal battles go as well? and with them our chances to obtain their drops?

2) will discontinued achievements still display on the UI as forever unattained ones?

3) will cutter's cry and the aurum vale still exist? and will DL gear still drop from the 5 chests?

4) will stronghold and their bosses stay?

5) will some faction leves be removed? If so, which ones?

6) will skirmish and its drops stay?

7) will ALL cutscenes stay on the journal or will the dated one be gone?

1.) Yoshida confirmed numerous times Primal Battles would be changing due to their intwined nature with the 7th Umbral Era.
3.) Yoshida confirmed all dungeons will be in 2.0.
4.) Stronholds were also going to be revamped.
5.) Leve System was confirmed to be revamped.
6.) Skirmish probably not.

The only answer we know for sure is things are changing

the lodestone post we got today was very unclear as to what is being changed/removed EXCEPT for the fact the achievments are going

primals may still be here

what may be happening is the fights are changing(due to new mechanics of the game specificaly) so they are adding new achievemnts for them and removing the old?

we dont know, we could use some clarification for sure on what is actualy going to be gone or if its just the achievemnts themselves

These are just my guesses, but...

1) I'd imagine that even though the Primals will be roaming with the addition of Free Companies, summoning them, etc. we'll still be able to fight them in their current form seeing as how they're tied into the Relic weapon quest. Can't comment on drops though, they still haven't told us.

2) I would guess not, as that wouldn't really be fair to new players, nor does it make sense from a design standpoint. They said they're working on making them viewable on your Lodestone history, so that'll probably be all we get.

3) Again, tied to Relic quest, and as Elexia said, Yoshi-P has said in the past that they'll all be in 2.0.

4) Yes, for sure.

5) No way of knowing, and as Elexia said, leves are going through another reform, so we'll have to wait and see.

6) Seeing as how it's tied to the Seventh Umbral Era, they'll probably be removed, but that would be a shame. Maybe they'll just change the context of the battles instead.

One exception being, I believe, Shposhae.
