[VPR] Reawaken should be learned at lv 60

I've been playing viper lately, it's fairly simple but feels boring for me until I hit 90.
I feel that Reawaken should be learned at lv 60 complete the feel of the job.

Before lv 90 all viper had was the basic combo, serpent's tail for the basic combo, 40s cooldown combo, even that charge spender range attack is at lv 82? My rotation before lv 90 is quite empty.

Dont think they are going to do it since its tied to the job quest. I do agree that anything below lvl 90 is pure pain for Viper. Not just Viper but the entire leveling process on all jobs needs to be re-evaluated.

PCT and VPR dont have any skill tied to quests, they ommit it this time. I did PCT quests thinking they put Comet in Black behind it, I haven't done any of VPR quests I can use Reawaken.
Hopefully they can consider it, as little as a feedback this is haha.

Realistically there should be a weaker version of reawaken at 50-60 same with enshroud with reaper. It's their burst phase, I also think life of the dragon should also have a weaker version at 50 too.
Identity of all of these jobs are burst jobs now, should have that aspect always present at the first big level capstone.

at the very least by 70. RPR and VPR feel like a bunch of nothing on 70 ultis. I feel these 2 jobs really suffer when being synced down and they really need to fix that considering how much of the game is doing rouls and stuff.

It would be nice if it had access to a bit more earlier. It actually makes it feel really bad in every ultimate. I don't think PCT runs into the same issue.

RPR at least can go full speed on level 70 ultimates for funsies, which I think it's a nice change of pace for the job since it'll be the opposite later, like SMN.

VPR on the other hand gets nothing since Dreadwinder isn't affected by SkS anyway. It definitely needs more.

I suppose they will do a level squish in 8.0 and fix this problem for so many jobs.
