I can't use my Character

I'm not sure how to attach files. I have all the proof for what I claim. My sister bought the pre-order for Dawntrail for me using her Paypal. I assumed it was the shop, but there is no trace as if it was never bought. However, I put in the initial preorder code for the Zidane Code and the Azyma Earring. All of my characters have these. My bank account reflects the 59.99$ purchase of the game, and I had early access. Yet I never recieved the second activation code, and my Email with the initial Activation code has disappeared. It was bought 4/01/2024.

I can't seem to get this straightened out, but the issue is that: My main, Jade Resin, logged out on a Dawntrail map before I got locked out by the code. I cannot get on him, and I need to at least be able to access my home in the Goblet to keep it from timing out. I'm at my wits end, and I really don't want to buy the game all over again just to have my main back.

You can try using Datacenter Travel from the character select menu, right-click on the character and select to DC visit to Oceania (currently your only option).

This should ignore the fact the character is in a Dawntrail area, as it forces the character back to their starting city Aetheryte without logging in first.

Worth a try, if it rejects your request, attempt World Visit, this also resets the character to their starting city.

If you are on a US data center, try Data Center visit to Dynamis data center, any world. As Cat_Girl said above, it will set your character at the Aetheryte in your home city. Gridania.
There may be small a period of time before you can travel back to your home world, but you can continue your gameplay with the only restrictions being that you can't communicate with your FC and you can't access your retainers.
Right click your character on the character select screen, choose Data Center Travel from the menu that pops up, and follow the prompts.

Oh, you won't be able to visit your house either, but you obviously will once you travel back to your home world.
