Most of us Stormblood Bardos miss Foe, but let's be honest - even if it did come back, we'd still end up just making sure it was used at 2m bursts. I'd enjoy an homage in name and sound effect though.

I feel like bard hasn't been the same since they switched alternating songs from 20s to 40s , less room for flexibility and recovery . Such a shame as I used to love the job
I don't think deleting or completely reworking Wanderer's Muse is warranted because *checks notes* sometimes you only get 4 hits instead of 5.
That's life buddy.
Fat fingering two songs in a row is the worst and I crave shorter cooldowns on the songs.
I'd also personally like barrage on a 1 minute cooldown to add more variety during our one minutes instead of just "use apex/blast arrow"
Give Raging Strikes a 60s cooldown while you're at it
Unironically, if the way to combine our buffs into one button is to make Radiant 3/6/9%, I would happily accept the counterbalancing buff to involve more odd-minute burstiness
Or even just dying. It's incredibly hard to recover after a death. You die at the wrong moment you are actual dead weight for 1-2mins sometimes longer if you died at a very un-opportune moment.
Feels great for a "DPS" job
The world with EA charges, and without Army's Muse:
A single, straightforward, common sense rotation with only one small trick (late weaving WM as an alignment mechanism)
The world with no EA charges, and with Muse:
This deranged nonsense - https://docs.google.com/document/d/1...Cf2W0Spf4TTonU
I have played Bard since Shadowbringers, so I don't know the "whole" journey, and only on a casual level at that. I enjoy it for the most part, but even I noticed things can get down the drain really fast if you take a second or two longer to switch songs because you have to dodge a thing, let alone fat finger two songs at the same time... The only way to recover from this is such a huge downtime for a phase transition or big DPS check or so that you can wait it out and this a) barely happens and most of all b) should not be part of the expected Bard gameplay.
I can't imagine how bad things must go awry if you mess up once in savage...
So +1 for your thread and suggested changes to bard!
(Also, if I might make one filthy casual wish, unless it would break the job even more: Can we please get a skill to spread dots in a group of enemies? Considering it's a thing old summoner had, we know it's not impossible to program.)
