    Locked Out of Character After DawnTrail Magic DPS Role Level 98 Cutscene

    I was working on the level 98 Magical DPS role quest and had just finished watching a cutscene that occurred at Radz-at-Han. After the cutscene, I reappeared where I triggered it and couldn't move. The UI also wouldn't load. I assume I should have been teleported to where the cutscene ended but I was forced out after losing connection with the server. I tried logging back in a few times, but I would keep getting 10105 errors. I tried moving my character to and from another server on the data center, but the same error happened. Finally, wanting to see if transferring to another data center would fix it, I moved my character to Dynamis. However, I am not unable to connect to Dynamis or any other data center, as I get 2002 error codes and get sent back to the login launcher. I can still access Crystal and my alt characters, just not my primary one. I would appreciate any assistance to getting me back on my character.

    For the record, I play on a PS5, but I tried accessing my character on XBOX and the same issues happen there as well.

    Update: I was able to access Dynamis and returned my character home, and was finally able to log back in. I was also able to proceed with the quest, this time skipping the cutscene. The issue looks to be around the game failing to teleport my character to where the cutscene ended in Radz-at-Han.

    At any rate, this issue no longer needs support. Thank you.
