    Can't log in!

    I seem to have a problem with FFXIV on my laptop. I can't seem to log in and when I changed the password. The launcher doesn't seem to accept the changed password. I did download it and installed it into a SSD drive that I bought recently/ So could it be the problem?

    The version I'm trying to access is the Steam version. As far as I know the Xbox version still lets me play.

    Update! It seems it's because I am at my mom's house. But no matter how many times I change my password, I still get the same error message. What can I do?

    You should provide whatever error message you get. "I can't log in" doesn't really narrow it down very much!
    But also, do you own the Steam version? Sounds like you own the Xbox version. You gotta buy it separately on each platform you want to play it on.
