Is Duty Finder's "Join Party in Progress" feature broken?

I asked them to kick me out due to internet issues. When I got back online, I tried to rejoin them since they hadn't gotten anyone. It's been over 15 minutes, and neither was I able to join them, nor did they get anyone.

Iscah is right, if you are kicked, you can't rejoin, and if there is nobody else in the queue then your party won't get a replacement. You can get sucked into any other group needing your role.
