Skirmish: A big thanks.

In a period of the game where many of us are pushing for speedruns in dungeons and optimising party setups this has come as a real breath of fresh air. Challenging content is great and I love it but the game also needs stuff like skirmish. The more casual player can still pick up a nice weapon and those with more time can play the materia lottery and meld them into really nice weapons. The balance in this event is lovely, thanks SE you really have got this one just right.

Yes i enjoyed it too. I mean, an array of boss fights, whats not to enjoy

Bonus is it gets those casuals up to speed on the mechanics of a good number of boss mobs. So they can get in on speed runs with out having to be a complete drag on the group.

Agreed, skirmish freakin' rocks! The drop rate is nice too. I've already been able to blow up one axe, with many more to come. :P

they should have a lighter version of BCNMs where you fight a NM after doing some collecting or something. though this is free and fun we can be SUPER CASUAL.
