Character standing when resuming inside Inn cuases game to crash

I have only had this problem for the past hour but it appears as though my character is standing as I resume to play FFXIV.

The bad thing about this is that I know I put him to bed yet he's standing... and every time I start playing the game crashes.

I activated my second character to see if it'd work with her but nope, game still crashes upon entry into game.

And to make matters worse I tried my primary character again and as I saw him his name had changed to my secondary characters... this is just bad.

This is a very serious problem, is there a way I or SE can fix this?

Frequency: Every time my character is just visible as they load up from where they were left.
Character Name: Tonio Steiner and Ruby Terraquake
Race: Hyur M and Elezen F
World: Masamune
Class/Level: Maruader/50 and Gladiator/3
Area and Coordinates: Limsa Lominsan Inn and Limsa Lominsa Upper Decks
Party or Solo: Solo
Steps:
1. Open Client
2. Select character from character selection screen.
3. Client crashes upon starting to play as character.
