Time to remove Leve Allowances??

reason for allowce is to limit gils people can mines from it, remove allowce, then they have to remove gils reward might as well as remove leve all together

Yep that's the reason. Leves serve to make money not XP and you have collectables for XP. I don't see how it will improve the situation at all. You can go do collectables as soon as lvl 20 which should take at most 15 mimutes.
