People were begging them to add Leviabeetus, Ramuh, and Shiva for the entirety of Endwalker and they ignored it and just gave us another flavor of Bahamut.

I've pretty much lost hope that SMN will get anything cool for a long time.

Been playing dawntrail for 4 weeks now and I've only seen 1 or 2 people on summoner. Literally no one's playing this job; it's dead until the next expansion unless they miracalously give smn a summon glamour system. This is what happens when square enix is out of touch with its customers, they make decisions for themselves and their "data."

I agree. People were giving them the answer, but it was either ignored or they saw it and went "Eh, too much work...how about we give Bahamut a recolor and call it a day?"

I mean, it happened with Scholar. First we summoned the fairy, then we ate the fairy, then we temporarily traded her in for the new model, then finally now we are the angel fairy. Would not surprise me if they copy+paste the same for Summoner. Bahamutism anyone? (Sounds like a medical condition)

Phoenix changed to Solar Bahamut to start the process all over again

Jokes aside I do think it would be fun to see new summons, and what was suggested here originally is a great way to do that I think. Having the original three fall under demi-bahamut and a new set of primals being under demi-phoenix would be a great step forward.

I know elemental properties don't matter for damage, but it'd be nice to see variety so we could have Shiva (Ice), Ramuh (Lightning), and Leviathan (Water) to fill out all six aspects of aether
