    Can't Add Retainers to Subscription

    I am trying to purchase another retainer through the mogstation, but I can't seem to get the website to work. I have "One additional retainer" selected in the dropdown, I appear to have a payment method selected, and I click the "Next" button. After clicking the button, the page appears to refresh with no other action being taken. Before I click the "Next" button, the url reads "https://secure.square-enix.com/account/app/svc/ffxivshopretainer?accid=*****" (I have starred out the account id), and after I click the button the url reads "https://secure.square-enix.com/account/app", with the retainer service page having been refreshed.

    Is there something I'm doing wrong, or is the retainer service not working right now?

    I had the same issue, what fixed it was deleting my payment info on file and putting in a new one while buying the retainer, for some reason they didn't want to add the retainer to the one I was using to pay my sub with.

    Thank you so much! That was exactly it. I deleted my old payment method, tried adding a retainer, and it all worked!
