I don’t believe this is a typo— “corse” is an archaic word for “corpse”, and has been used before for mobs in the later floors of Palace of the Dead. It also goes with the English localization’s tendency to use archaic or obsolete words in an attempt to have a bit of “Ye Olde English” style.

It's a good idea to look up the word you want to report before reporting it and also search the Localization forum for previous posts reporting it. This one in particular has been reported a dozen times and received a response from SE years ago.
