Strife Vest graphical bug on male miqo'te (possibly other races too)

Steps:

1. Equip or try the Strife Vest as a male miqo'te.

2. Observe a graphical bug around the elbow area of the right forearm.

Description:

There is a graphical bug or clipping found when equipping or trying the Strife Vest as a male miqo'te. It is possible that this issue is present for other races and genders.

The bug manifests as some kind of clipping next to the right elbow from the black cloth/leather that covers the right forearm. I have mostly noticed it when using a posture that bends the elbow or folds the arm in some way.

However, this clipping only happens when looking from certain angles and disappears completely when looking from others. Basically, the piece of texture "moves" in an out of the skin as one rotates the camera around the affected spot.

Additionally, someone confirmed that they saw the same issue on my character and their own.

The graphical bug is completely absent even though this picture is taken from the same angle as the very first picture shown in this bug report.
