Talked to Tom yesterday, long story short. They still don't know what's wrong, Japan Dev is looking at it still. The character is corrupt according to Tom. Only thing I've noticed is each rep sticks to an excuse which seems to be different from every other rep, which tells me they don't know a thing. ><
