There's Justin, Chris, and Dave. Those are the ones I've encountered.

No wonder it takes so long to get things done lol
Damn..got an email saying it was fixed. Raced to my computer to get the same error, saw it was a few mins before they closed the call center and spoke to Tom (one of the 2 guys I've only spoke with so far). They updated and "re-escalated" my current ticket, he also took down the exact error number string I was getting, apparently the number changes slightly and I was tracking my own error for a while and it only seems the middle string changes.
He apparently said he's only done this twice and I get the sneaking suspicious it was me both times. I mentioned the forum has people with an identical error and he recommended they call in.![]()
Same deal. I too cannot login... Maybe it'll function in a few hours....?

Oh man, exact wording too. Maybe that's a good thing, a bulk order! It's 10am in Japan maybe they're fixing it soon. XD
This is starting to sound goodhope this gets fixed soon!
Lusavari, was this the subject line you got also? "FINAL FANTASY XIV error 30002"? Just wondering if they didn't bother using a ticket number since the email says "Ticket Number (located in the subject of this email)".
Yep. Same deal. I'll try to call tomorrow (Although I might not be able to. I'm trying to squeeze in as much quality time with real life friends as possible before heading back to Michigan, and we're playing D&D 2 days this week) and talk. But try first mentioning the email before giving them the ticket number.
You guys in the D&Dnext beta? I've messed around with it a little but haven't had a chance to really dive in.Yep. Same deal. I'll try to call tomorrow (Although I might not be able to.
