    Dawntrail Registration Key Gone From Account & Can't Log In SE Store

    The Dawntrail registration code is suddenly gone out of my account and I'm trying to log into the SE store and I'm stuck in a perpetual loop of being taken back to the log in page.

    I've reset my password twice and all it does is keep taking me back to the log in page. Of course it's Saturday, so customer service offices are closed and I can't get anyone to help me with my account until Monday...

    I have indeed purchased Dawntrail. I have the email for it. I've tried many times to click on the Check Order Details button in the email and all it does is take me to the log in page but I can't log in no matter what I do.

    Solved my own problem.

    The site is entirely incompatible with Firefox. Had to use Microsoft Edge. Even trying to enter the registration code (which I was finally able to get by logging in the SE store with Microsoft Edge) via the Mog Station using Microsoft Edge would not work in Firefox at all no matter what.

    I'm having the same issue and the Microsoft Edge isn't working for me. Guess I'm just stuck waiting til monday.
