Your issue sounds like you're inputting the pre-order code, which is separate from the full registration code. Time to play having only the pre-order code registered ended this morning at reset.
Do you know where the full order code is? All I have in my store history is the pre-order code.
You should've gotten an e-mail around June 24th/25th with the standard key, check your spam folder. Odd your order history doesn't show your standard key as I just checked and mine does. You might end up having to contact support if you don't have the e-mail.
Thanks, once I used chrome to login to the square store, I was able to see both keys. Other browsers would not show me the actual order history.
I had the same issue and heard about the second code, but like someone else here I only got the one code. However, after messing around with it for two hours, I tried logging in one more time, and it ran another update patch and started Dawntrail. Frankly, I did so many things, I am not sure which one worked. But I have heard the second code idea from several sources now.
I have the same problem.
