Double down effect help

I made my wvr's hat today with the double down effect. After putting it on and getting chance for double down I saw no change for chances? Do I have to fully spirit bond the hat to get effect or is it hidden?

double down +10 = 1% increase

if it works like the bracelets its a 10% increase.

so if you have a 1% chance to hq then it's 1.1% with the effect
if you have a 10% chance to hq its 11% with the effect.

I see but it never shows the + to double down in anyway so really unsure. could be a bug Or just hidden?
