I don't think you understand what the Trust Thermocline WaxSw mentioned is about. It's actually an interesting theory, one which I believe is generally correct. The tl;dr, because I doubt you'll actually look it up is that things are "doing fine" until they're not. Exoduses from games, platforms, or other services are generally slow at first, then all of a sudden they turn quick and brutal. Look at mySpace, WoW during Shadowlands, Helldivers 2, Mobile Strike, etc... These were all doing fine, until they weren't. Generally from a combination of their own ineptitude and a better product coming along. Yes, XIV is "doing fine" and probably will for a while, but all that's really needed are a couple more patches (maybe another expansion) which are mediocre, along with a viable competitor being released at the right time to irreparably damage the game.
