ability to toggle weather effects, can i have it?

Dear SE,

I would like to request the ability to toggle the graphical option that controls weather on or off. It would give a lot of people the option to turn their graphics settings up higher especially in zones near gridania. I don't know about other people, bit the rain I'm the black shroud is the only thing keeping me from turning my general drawing to 10. The rain also reduces visibility and to me, is generally annoying. It just rains too much.

The option was in ff11, and I think it is in most games nowadays. It would be nice to have the option, and people who like the weather effects could choose to leave them on.

I think it would allow a lot of people to play the game who might not have top notch computers as well. Open up a new player base for you.

I agree. I was just looking for this option yesterday morning, when it was raining in-game and my GPU was having a rough time of it.

I think this is a great idea. I don't usually have a problem with any of the weather effects, but I know some people who say that the rain in the Black Shroud and the wind in La Noscea give their computer problems.

And besides, sometimes you just want a nice sunny day instead of rain and gloom!

This would be a great help and i don't know why it wasn't already implemented, it was asked for in Alpha in feedback but it never appeared.

I don't have a problem with the weather effect, but bumping it anyway. People should be able to turn it off.

At least this is a thread with a proper request and explanation, need more of these!

This may not be important to alot of people, but if you see this thread and think "hey, having this option wouldn't hurt, might even be cool", then you should post something on here.

The more people replying to the thread, the more likely SE will take notice and add the feature
