The fix is apparently to patch the Xbox freezing issue. I'm sure the xbox community is happy the issue that been going on for 2 weeks is getting attention ASAP and not waiting until next week.

If the issue affected PC/Playstation I'm sure people would say the same thing, demanding it to get patched ASAP a solution is found.
Has it been going on for two weeks or is it getting fixed ASAP, both can't be true. Also, if the issue is Xbox exclusively this is why cross platform games stink. Things take forever to get approved through Sony or Microsoft, then because they play on inferior devices the PC gamers have to suffer downtimes.
