I play ff14 on pc and ps5. There is no difference. Even on pc I play with controler.

You can do hard content without addons and even if someone has an addon and you are on console you are not at any disadventage.
Sparating the servers will just result in tribalism and empty worlds.

A 4 hour maintenance is not the end of the world.
I like tribalism. I dislike cross platforms because of this. PC gamers have to suffer because people on inferior systems ran by massive companies that control updates being released decide what's best. If you link yourself directly to Microsoft gaming or Sony gaming you get what you get, PC players shouldn't suffer for that choice.
