    PVP Feedback From New Player

Hi! Last night after I got my warrior I went to do some PVP in Crystaline Conflict for the first time. Since I am really interested in PVP I was very excited. In my experience SE can do a lot to improve the PVP experience and to attract player to enjoy pvp. Here are my suggestions:

    1. Too many maps: I played around 20 or so matches in Crystaline Conflict last night and I got thrown into 3 different maps all with different mechanics. More maps does not equate to more fun and instead just adds to the learning curve which deters players from PVP especially new player. I would like to suggest that you have 1 map for each game mode and perfect those maps. Once you have perfected those maps and the game mode you can add other map and game modes. But currently such a wide variety of maps for each mode seems unnecessary because both the game mode and the map has room for a lot of improvement. Had I not been a PVP enthusiast I don't think I would have stuck around because the number of maps in a single game mode is too many for a new player especially when we cannot even select the map we want to play or create a custom game to explore and learn the map.

    2. Lacking Features: Features that help players learn and mature the skills of veteran players such as a replay feature is absent. The absence of such features disables interested players from learning and also creates an obstacle for content creators. Currently players are forced to record their gameplay if they want to rewatch their match and learn or if they want to create content. This is not an option for player playing from low end systems or for players with limited resources. Features like a replay play system which allows players to pause, move the camera freely, watch in fast or slow motion etc are far more superior than a recorded gameplay.

I would like to request SE to take such matters into consideration and invest resources in such things instead of investing resources into multiple unnecessary maps. Thank you.

LOL do you know how fucking bored youd get spamming 1 map for WEEKS? because thats how long you need to grind to max out ranks. just no. and bruh just record your gameplay, they can't even fix their [ayement processors and you think they're gonna make amnd include a PVP RECORDING SYSTEM? AND HOUSE ALL THAT STORAGE?!?!?!?!? LOLOLOLOL that's hundreds of thousands/millions of $ a month in storage after a few hundred matches!

They do have a recording mode in the game that exists for specific PvE duties for certain patches and is routinely updated. I think it'd not be an unreasonable idea to allow that to work for crystalline conflict to help players that can't use third party tools like OBS studio.

Regarding there being too many maps and other issues making it difficult for newer players to play, I think that the solution shouldn't be to limit maps because it would be boring for players that are familiar, but instead make practicing specific ones more accessible for new players struggling to get their bearings. For example, you can select which map you'd like to play if you pre-form 5v5 (total of 10 players). I don't see why they couldn't allow 2 players (1v1) or even 1 player select a map to explore it and trial certain jobs and interactions with their actions on the map.

I think your feedback is valuable.
