"13006 The lobby server has encountered a problem." when selecting character.

I just updated to 1.23, and when I go to log in my character on the Sargatanas server, after the screen goes black and says "Now Loading...", I'm immediately met with this error:

13006 The lobby server has encountered a problem.
Error Code: 1014
Status: 0

I can connect to the Internet fine, and I was able to download the update without a problem. I do not have another character with which to test.

Is there an issue with Sargatanas or the lobby server?

edit: On one attempt, I was able to load in a bit more, but after the music started to load, it promptly threw an Error (30002).
