I think these dungeons are great. Strayborough is my new favourite dungeon ever, it's utterly unhinged and I love it.

They've incorporated something I've always wanted for the game, which is decently hard mechanics (with very light penalties for failing them) in otherwise casual content. It's a win/win scenario, you give people a taste of what mechanics could be at their full potential, in a harmless low stakes setting. Players who enjoy a challenge get a light workout to help them stay engaged.

Endwalker was pretty dark times. I spent most of the expansion capping tomes with crystal conflict because I could not stomach running those snoozefests of dungeons, what we have now is such a breath of fresh air in comparison.
