Request for the addition and improvement over some graphical options

I'm editing this post and instead I will just cut to the chase and give specific ideas and suggestions for implementations and changes over some options on graphics settings. Hopefully this resonates with other players (even if some of you don't really need/care but would personally welcome the lil' perfomance boost).
And really I hope this reaches the devs somehow and will turn into positive additions or compromises to these ideas, so we can all enjoy the game without missing on immersion during cutscenes and story moments...

    - Shadows settings: Allow the players to turn off shadows from Other Player characters separately from NPCs to improve the experience in areas with many players, without compromising immersion during cutscenes and NPC interactions:
An improvement over this set of options:

    - Allow for the "Dynamic grass interaction" option to be disabled individually to player characters, self and npcs. Would probably help a bit on making it easier for processing and less demanding on the hardware since it won't be rendering that interaction for every single player around in heavy packed areas. All that while being able to keep my own and other npcs grass interaction, which would help and keep immersion during cutscenes and story moments which are way less hardware demanding.

    - If possible, would be really good to have the option to change or lessen the quality of "Real-time Reflection" effects and reaction on other player characters...
I'm unsure how other players rendering is done, but from what I've seen it seems and feels like the game renders all and every detail on other player characters just like or very closely to how its done for every npc and your own character. In the case I'm right and if it's possible, an option to make it so other player's models reflect/interact with light at lesser quality/fidelity compared to the player own character and NPCs.
This would certainly boost the game's perfomance, most notably in areas and instances with a high densitity of player population, all that without compromising immersion during cutscenes and story moments.
