Graphic issue white/green dots flicker when loading certain areas

Hi,

i was wondering if anyone else has those weird dots flickering when teleporting/loading a new area. Its only happening when i join a new area with a black background and the area name pops up.

Started happening with Dawntrail, updated my GPU driver, didnt help though.
Maybe my GPU is finally giving up on life lol.

Please note, from the description provided the issue does sound to be GPU related.

Please try the following to try and help with the issue:
- Update and reinstall the drivers for your graphics card and sound drivers (if applicable).
- Please try lowering the resolution.
- Please try running the game as an administrator.
- Perform a clean boot by opening the task manager and select the 'Start up' Tab. Disable everything.
- Please be sure that Final Fantasy XIV is installed to the C: Drive. (If Steam version, make sure both the game and Steam are installed on same drive)
- Please be sure to disable or remove any overlays (Discord, Steam, NVIDIA etc.) as they may interfere with startup.
- Make sure that the Windows OS is fully updated.
