    Game freezes in Deep Dungeon

Game keeps causing laptop to freeze in deep dungeon after running more than one set of floors consecutively. I can run msq's for hours with no issue, ran consecutive dungeons leveling up pictomancer and viper without issue, but after spending more than an hour in deep dungeon, game randomly freezes and sound stops. Logging out and then logging back in seems to mitigate the problem, but with queue times on my server not always being short this is not an ideal solution, as I shouldn't have to log out and wait 5-30 minutes to get back into the game to just to avoid it crashing my laptop. I've tried doing clean installations of both my gpu and the game , both to no avail. Please help.

Good morning! Thank you for posting in the Final Fantasy XIV Technical Support Forums.

    Please try the following:
    - Update and reinstall the drivers for your graphics card and sound drivers (if applicable).
    - Please try lowering the resolution.
    - Please try running the game as an administrator.
    - Perform a clean boot by opening the task manager and select the 'Start up' Tab. Disable everything.
    - Please be sure that Final Fantasy XIV is installed to the C: Drive. (If Steam version, make sure both the game and Steam are installed on same drive)
    - Please be sure to disable or remove any overlays (Discord, Steam, NVIDIA etc.) as they may interfere with startup.
    - Make sure that the Windows OS is fully updated.
    - Verify installation files (Steam)
    - Reinstall game (If steam version, try uninstalling and reinstalling both the game and Steam)

Thank you once again for visiting the Final Fantasy XIV Technical Support Forums!
