Quests uncompleted in Achievements Panel ["What a Pirate Wants" - "A Slippery Stone"]

Hello,

I just checked the achievement panel and it shows two quests (one in Limsa and the other in Gridania) as "not completed", even though I don't seem to be able to get them. The two quests are "What a Pirate Wants" and "A Slippery Stone"; they are both Lv.15 quests.

Are they still obtainable? If so, how to unlock them?

... comes to think they might be City specific quests, which I cannot obtain being from Uldah; should this be the case, why have them in my Achievement Panel? this should be fixed to please completationism whores like myself

Not all quests are given in the cities. Go to the small towns out in the field and see if they are there.

A Slippery Stone
What a Pirate Wants

EDIT: Try talking to Baderon/Miounne or whatever the heck her name is and doing "Small Talk."

I see they both unlock Call of Booty, same as Cutthroat Prices. I already did both of them.... I start thinking I missed the other two for good...

Yes, you only get one of the 3 quests from what I saw. Not sure if it depends on your starting city or anything, or just the one you grabbed first.

Yes, What a Pirate Wants, Cutthroat Prices, and Slippery Stone are exclusive to the city you started in. You can only do one of the three.
