Missing items since DawnTrail Launch

I had been saving up my 3 Manderium Meteorite and 3 Complementary Chondrite in my Chocobo Saddlebag in preparation for my Reaper to hit 90. Since launch, those items are no longer in my bags and not showing up in any location when I perform a search.

We understand the frustration this matter may cause. Based on your information, however this concern may best be handled by a Game Master in-game. You may contact a Game Master using the ‘/supportdesk’ command for further assistance and referring to the ticket number/post you originally created for the issue. Please note that the Game Master support team may be experiencing high contact volume and will handle contacts in the order they are received.
