Thread: Temporary Suspension of Automatic Housing Demolition

Thank you for your cooperation in easing congestion since the start of Dawntrail early access.

In recognition of all the players who have cooperated in easing congestion, and in acknowledgement that there are a large number of you playing in data centers other than your home World, we are temporarily suspending the automatic housing removal counter as follows until congestion has abated.

Date and Time Auto-Demolition Counter Will be Suspended:
Jun. 28, 2024 11:15 p.m. (PDT)
Jun. 29, 2024 6:15 (GMT)
Jun. 29, 2024 7:15 (BST)
Jun. 29, 2024 16:15 (AEST)

Worlds in Which Auto-Demolition Will Be Suspended:
All Worlds
(Regarding the JP data center, it is previously already suspended there for a different reason we have already notified you about.)

* After the above date and time, the counter will stop completely.
* If your estate or land is currently being prepared for auto-demolition, you can cancel this status by entering your estate or constructing an estate on your land.
* When the Auto-Demolition Counter resumes it will resume from the time remaining as of the temporary suspension. (Excludes estates/lands where the demolition process has been canceled.)

As for when auto-demolition will resume, we will monitor the situation in the coming days, and inform you all when we have come to a decision that auto-demolition can commence again.

In light of the current situation, the automatic demolition of estates, which was halted temporarily, will resume with the release of Patch 7.01 on July 16, 2024.

*An All Worlds Maintenance is scheduled for the Patch 7.01 release. Since the timer will resume during maintenance, there is a possibility that auto-demolition of your estate may occur during this maintenance, depending on the number of days you had remaining.

Regarding the Japanese Data Center, auto-demolition had already been suspended there for other reasons, as you know, but will resume as scheduled with Patch 7.01.
