VPR's "easing of positional requirements": ???

I can see this being about the requirements on the Dreadwinder skills? But honestly those are fine. It just means you have to change position from one skill to the next in the chain since you can start on the flank/rear before executing the first skill in the chain.

Edit: It occurs to me... Reaper has been doing exactly this same thing for the past two years after using Gluttony. Do they have so little faith in the players that they think Viper couldn't possibly manage to do the same?
