Why are we changing Viper????

My understanding this was so much a direct casual vs hardcore deal as it is JP vs West deal, apparently a lot if these "Requests" for Viper changes were vastly influenced via JPs playerbase... so yeah at this point SE should just look into 2 versions of the game cause the divide between the 2 playersbases is ever growing...

If you have trash internet in 2024, that's a you problem. Get better internet, stop living in the middle of the boonies and crying about having bad internet. Cant afford good internet? Maybe xiv shouldnt be a priority, and instead improve your life choices and priorities.

Wait, what? I have not been keeping up with this at all, but having to double weave was the 'problem'? Dancers not only must double weave Feather Dance I/II with Feather Dance III between GCDs in our burst phase, but we go in not even knowing if it is going to proc or not, so we adjust after the first weave -- and Dancer is pretty universally considered the easiest job!

not really sure what the issue is, they're the ones that decided it should have a reduced gcd. The double weaving parts feel super slow compared to everything else

they even made the job beyond braindead easy, they have a huge graphic telling you what buttons to push as soon as the gcd begins and don't have to manage like... anything
