Crash - Cannot progress beyond Death Unto Dawn

Hello,

Everytime I begin Death Unto Dawn, my game crashes when it transitions from one group of Scions to the other. The farthest I got was to Urianger before I crashed. I am unable to complete Shadowbringers as a result.

I am playing on an Xbox and the crash happens when the screen is black with the loading circle in the bottom right. The circle will freeze and the game will crash shortly afterwards. I have attempted many time.

Yoooooo im having the same problem I'm 5/5 it freezes at the same load screen every single time, I can't finish post shadowbringers, so no endwalker....

We apologize for any inconvenience experienced when trying to play Final Fantasy XIV. Please note, the reported issue may be related to a known issue with regards to the Xbox version of the game:

At this time the issue is being investigated, please note the likelihood of encountering memory fragmentation is reduced when playing on Worlds with relatively low populations due to the lower chances of encountering large numbers of characters on screen at the same time. Until we have resolved the issue, we kindly suggest you consider playing on either the Dynamis, Shadow, or Oceania data centers.
