    QoL Change: Ishgard's Aethernet

    It's time. Please add Coerthas Western Highlands to Ishgard's aethernet when you have enough quest progress.

    We've got a few zones with dynamic aethernet support based on quest progress now. Let us leave Skysteel Manufactory behind once and for all, please?
