Conjurer and WHM need Gladiator and Pugilist?

Hi I am new and I hope I am asking this in the right place but after looking up things pertaining to WHM it says:

"Base Class: Conjurer (30)
Sub-class: Gladiator (15)
Available Actions: Conjurer, Gladiator and Pugilist"

Does that mean that to become a white mage I must train all three of those classes?
or is it like i can pick between whm/pugilist or whm/conjurer or something like that?
I'm sorry I am just having trouble understanding.
Also will I not be able to pass some of my black magic over to my WHM?

no this means you have to just have CNJ at 30 and GLD at 15. if you have PUG actions you can use them but you wont be able to you any of your black magic though

you need a level 15 gla and a level 30 cnj in order to open up the cnj job of being a white mage.

you can use some abilities from pug, cnj, and gla while you're playing whm once you level those classes and open up those abilities. you'll understand it once you get going ^^

and yes, occasionally someone gets mad. don't let it bother you, just do your best tbh, it's rare, most people are understanding, pretty much only the elitists have issues. stay away from them anyway imo :P

It's not so much the sword abilities that are useful to WHM, it's the damage reduction and shield abilities to keep yourself alive, though honestly you shouldn't need them much if you've got a good tank. As for pugilist abilities on WHM, the only one you'll probably use is Second Wind, which heals you for a good amount every 45 seconds. I recommend getting it if you haven't already, it's only a lvl 6 pugilist ability.

Sometimes when doing stuff as a small group, I'm helping to DD as a WHM. So, I make a point of trying to pull hate every now and then, use featherfoot to get MP back, then toss shroud of saints to dump my hate
