    Not sure if bait, but I'll bite.

    Viper is already easy enough as-is. If you need viper to be changed because you're "locked out of playing it" then please just... stick with literally any other job in this game. You have twenty other options to pick from. You don't have to like all of them. Arguably, not every player should be able to enjoy every job.
